Is it safe to place orders online? All orders are processed via Sage Pay. Sage Pay is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and is an active member of the Payment Card Industry Security Standars Council, so you can be confident that your data is safe. In addition we offer Paypal as a paymet method which is also a secured payment company.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Newbeans.co.uk accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and Paypal. We also accepy cheques and money orders, these can be sent to our accounts department, and your order wil be dispatched as soon as we have cleared funds.
Do you accept orders over the telephone?

If I order via the website how will I know that my order has been processed? Once you have placed your order and payment has been collected, you will receive a confirmation email.
How quickly will I receive my order?
In order to ensure you receive the freshest roasted beans, all product orders will be despatched and delivered to you in 24 hours (unless you have requested the 48hr delivery option).

How is the coffee delivered?
